Quick Test: If you bought a "Cheap Yellow Display" or "CYD-R", choose 2.4". If you wired your own ESP32 to a 2.8" TFT shield, choose 2.8".
Still unsure? Try the 2.4" version first - it works with most common setups. You can always come back and try the 2.8" version if needed.
